The diameter of the flange plate shall be compatible with the saw blade. The straight dimension of the flange plate shall be 1 / 3 of the diameter of the saw blade, and the diameter of the flange plate of the sheet type shall be 1 / 2 of the diameter of the saw blade, so as to ensure that the saw blade is installed firmly and prevent the saw blade from slipping.

3. The mechanical equipment for installing aluminum alloy saw blade shall have good performance without swing, the main shaft shall be flat without deformation, and the shaft diameter tolerance shall not exceed H7. At the same time, the protective cover shall be installed to prevent the saw blade from being damaged. The saw blade shall be installed 5-6 teeth higher than the plate.

4. Ensure that the aluminum alloy saw blade and flange are clean and flat, and ensure that their surfaces are free of abnormal wear, deformation and foreign matter attachment.

5. Work according to the feeding speed required by the equipment, and do not exceed the high speed and feeding speed of the saw blade. If the saw blade is dull during sawing, it shall be grinded in time. During grinding, appropriate diamond grinding wheel and special cutting fluid shall be selected.

6. Confirm that the saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut to prevent abnormal wear of the saw blade, alloy falling off, poor cutting, overheating and other abnormal phenomena.
